Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a disease that requires the coordination of all the professionals who take care of it, but above all it is in the advanced stage of the disease, when resources and care needs increase, that is when this coordination is becomes more necessary. For this reason, they are organizing this Conference, with the aim of updating and sharing knowledge between professionals at different levels to improve multidisciplinary care for chronic patients.
