The model of Integrated Cardiology Care in Primary Care centers that has been established in our territory must allow synergies between family doctors and cardiologists to enable the treatment of patients affected by heart disease, with the maximum quality possible.
The main objective is to improve skills, update knowledge of cardiology and stimulate the leadership of family doctors in the management of chronic cardiology diseases that we share in the territory.
