The Integrated Cardiology Care model in Primary Care centers that has been established in our territory must allow synergies between family doctors and cardiologists that enable the approach of patients affected by heart disease, with the highest possible quality.
The main objective is to improve skills, update cardiology knowledge and stimulate the leadership of family doctors in the management of chronic cardiological diseases that affect the territory.
Aimed at Primary Care Doctors, Emergency Doctors and other specialties in the area of influence of the Moisès Broggi Hospital Complex.
