Heart-healthy walk Cardiowalk

The Cardiology Service of the Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi Hospital is organizing a popular walk of five kilometers around of the hospital as part of the acts of the Week of the Heart It is open to the center's professionals and the residents of nearby municipalities with the aim of having them participate in a fun way in the integration of heart-healthy lifestyles.

The route, 5 km and can be done in one hour and a half, it has been designed by the Despí Excursionist Center and has as one of the attractions that will allow you to visit the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, where FC Barcelona's first team practices and the training and competitions of the grassroots football teams take place.

Of low difficulty, the walk is designed for all ages.

From them 17.00 hores it will be possible collect the material (shirt and pedometer) at the main entrance of the Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi Hospital and to them 17.30h will leave from this same point. Once the circular route is finished, at the gates of the hospital, you can enjoy a healthy snack.
