XIX Practical workshop of surgical hysteroscopy

The Gynecology Service of Hospital General de l'Hospitalet and Hospital Clínic de Barcelona are organizing the nineteenth edition of the Surgical Hysteroscopy Workshop. It will take place on February 15, 16 and 17, 2012.

Description: This is a practical training course aimed at specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fourth-year medical residents. To carry it out, it is essential to have experience in diagnostic hysteroscopy. Places are limited.

Targets: The aim is to learn the surgical indications, technique and complications of surgical hysteroscopy. Participation in interventions is active and supervised by an expert. 36 surgical procedures with the most frequent pathologies have been selected, including the Essure method, so that students can participate in four interventions each. All procedures will be broadcast live by closed circuit and commented by the teachers.
