The Dependency Assessment Service of the Consorci Sanitari Intregal carries out the functional assessments of people who have requested the recognition of dependency or its review in the case that they already have it, and proposes the corresponding degree, d in accordance with the criteria and protocols established by Law 39/2006, of December 14, on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for Persons in Situations of Dependency.

The interested person must present the request of assessment Once received, the Dependency Assessment Service contacts the interested person or reference, to arrange the appointment to make the evaluation, which takes place at the home of the person involved.
The Service prepares the assessment report and proposes the degree of dependency. The Directorate of the Service for People of the Territorial Services of the Department of Social Rights will send you the resolution of the degree of dependency.
The social services of your City Council will contact you to prepare the individual care program (PIA) and establish which financial benefits and services provided best suit your needs based on your degree decision.
