The Consorci Sanitari Integral has a multidisciplinary team of professionals to make the assessment for the recognition and review of the degree of disability, according to what is established by Royal Decree 888/2022 of October 18, which establishes the procedure for to the recognition, declaration and qualification of the degree of disability.
Through the collaboration agreement maintained by the Consorci Sanitari Inegral with the Department of Social Rights, el Valuation Service de la Disability is assigned to assess people referred from Disability Care Centers (CAD) Parallel, of the Badal CAD and the Children's CAD.

You have to do the request, which can be submitted online or in person upon request previous appointment to one of the Citizen Service Offices of the Department of Social Rights
Once presented the request, from the center the person who must be assessed according to the waiting list is called. The Disability Assessment Service of the Consorci Sanitari Integral sends a summons letter to the person who has to assess and sends an SMS with the day, time and place to do the assessment.
The Disability Assessment Service of the Consorci Sanitari Integral is located on the 2nd floor of the Sagrada Família Primary Care Center, at Carrer Còrsega, 643 in Barcelona.
You must bring the original and a photocopy of the DNI or NIF and the medical and/or psychological reports justifying the illnesses and state of health of the person being assessed.
The recognition will consist of a medical and/or psychological visit where the documentation provided will be collected and questions will be asked about the state of health. In some cases, the assessed person will also be attended to by the social work area, which will assess their social situation. In addition, it will inform of the resources to which the citizen can opt in the event of obtaining the certificate of disability.
The Department of Social Rights will send the resolution of the recognition of the disability to the interested person by certified mail.
