You can use this form to send us your complaint.
You must attach a copy of your identification document (DNI, NIE, passport, etc.). Without this document, the claim cannot be processed.
Supported languages
In accordance with Article 4 of Law 1/1998, on language policy, in Catalonia anyone has the right to express themselves and receive a response in public and private relations and events orally and in writing in Catalan or Spanish, the two official languages.
For this reason, the citizen service units of the Comprehensive Health Consortium will only accept and process documents in Catalan or Spanish. And they will respond in the chosen language, as established by current regulations.
