The aim of this service is to improve quality healthcare and promote equity in access, regardless of the user's origin or culture. Intercultural mediation operates in three areas: the management of conflicts generated by cultural diversity, the accessibility and adaptation of services to the needs of new users and the promotion of appropriate relationships between culturally diverse groups.
