The Citizen Service Unit (UAC) of each of our centers ensures compliance with the Charter of Rights and Duties and manages all the opinions that the users of the Consortium have towards the institution, whether based on thanks, suggestions or complaints, such as through satisfaction surveys or user groups.

The analysis of this opinion allows us to identify areas of improvement and work to achieve a better experience for our users. Among the tools used by the Consortium is the Net Promoter Score system. NPS
