Last June 16th, the campaign 'Al june also eats' ended, launched by the Volunteering and Solidarity Commission of the Sagrada Família Community Plan, to which the Hospital Dos de Maig and CAP Sagrada Família belong.
Since last June 7, volunteers located in a tent set up at the exit of the CAP and a table at the entrance of the Hospital's External Consultations, have collected non-perishable products that users, professionals and neighbors have given to help all those people who are in a situation of poverty in the Sagrada Família Neighborhood; according to the organizers more than 1.400 people.
In the first edition, in February of this same year, 8 boxes were collected in our centers; in this new edition it has been possible to exceed the double, with more than twenty boxes, which translates into more than 2.300 kilos of food.
