Organizational development technician

- The opportunity to work at Consorci Sanitari Integral, a public health, social and socio-health service organization, with more than 3.500 professionals.
- Full intensive day all hybrid year.

- Remuneration according to the SISCAT agreement. Salary between €25.000 - €30.000/year.
- Continuous training in the field. 

- Preferably, Degree in Engineering or Degree in Business Administration and Management, or equivalent in previous educational systems or similar qualification. 
- Preferably, minimum 2 years experience in an HR and/or Consulting department.

What will your duties be?
- Participate in digitization projects of Organizational and Human Resources processes.
- Collaborate in the design of the job map, as well as in its implementation.
- Analyze the proposals for new positions and jobs to ensure that they are aligned with the defined criteria.
- Manage the organizational structure in Information Systems (Meta4).
- Prepare job descriptions.
- Collaborate in the management of the area's processes
