In 2004, the Foundation signed an agreement with the Integral Health Consortium with the aim of continuing, maintaining and improving the Foundation's goals. In 2009, the activity of this center moved to a new residence, on Carrer Riera Blanca, in the neighborhood of Collblanc - la Torrassa de l'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

This center, modern and adapted to the needs of its users, has a total area of 4.600 square meters divided into three floors in height, in addition to a covered floor, a ground floor and a basement. The residence has a capacity of 90 assisted living spaces (divided into 54 rooms) and 30 day center spaces. Currently both the activity of the residence and that of the day center are at 100%.
