The Francisco Padilla Residence is a public center located in the Can Serra neighborhood of l'Hospitalet de Llobregat, which provides assisted living and day center services for the elderly in districts IV (La Florida and Les Plaines) and V ( Can Serra and Pubilla Houses).
The residence building (built by the Department of Welfare and Family, which is the owner) has a surface area of 4.329 usable square meters, spread over six floors. The assisted living service has a capacity of 80 places distributed in 14 double rooms and 52 single rooms. For its part, the daytime reception service has a capacity of 30 places.
Currently both the activity of the residence and that of the day center are at 100%.
All places are public, of the Department of Social Rights of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The Consorci Sanitari Integral manages the center.
