The objectives of the day are twofold: on the one hand, to specify our action in a very special population: the elderly, and on the other hand, to learn about different tools that we have at our disposal that can help us a lot in the control of people with diabetes.
The Conference is aimed at the entire team of professionals who, from different levels of care, look after people with diabetes.
