Next Monday, March 16, the Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi Hospital will host an Open Day, aimed at future residents.
This year, the Consorci Sanitari Integral, which manages the Sant Joan Despí Hospital and the Hospital General de l'Hospitalet as a Transversal Hospital, and also the Dos de Maig Hospital (Barcelona), offers places in the following specialties:
- Anesthesiology and Reanimation (1)
- Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology (1)
- Geriatrics (1)
- Obstetrics and Gynecology (1 MIR, 3 Resident Internal Nurses -IIR-)
- Internal Medicine (1)
- General Surgery (1)
The days will begin at 9 am with a welcome from the Management of the Integral Health Consortium, followed by the presentation on Teaching, by the Head of Studies, Lourdes Parra; and a round table with tutors and residents. Afterwards there will be a guided tour of the hospital and the different teaching units. In the case of the Resident Internal Nurses (IIR), they will move to the Hospital General de l'Hopsitalet, to visit the facilities of the center's Maternal and Child Area.
The Consorci Sanitari Integral receives hospital rotations from Family and Community Medicine residents.
