Heart Week, at the Hospitalet del Consorci Primary Care centers

The Torrassa and Collblanc primary care centers (CAP) have organized a series of activities related to cardiac health, in coordination with the Consortium's Cardiology Service. The activities are part of the set of events that have been organized or coordinated by the Consortium on the occasion of World Heart Day, on September 29. In the case of the activities promoted by the Consortium's CAPs, they will be led by primary care professionals and the Cardiology service. They will take place in different areas of the city of Hospitalet de Llobregat, mainly in the Torre Barrina-Parc de la Marquesa area.
