Information table for World Alzheimer's Day

On the occasion of World Alzheimer's Day, the Primary Care Areas of the CSI in L'Hospitalet have organized a joint activity with the Santa Eulàlia Foundation, mainly to publicize information about Alzheimer's and other diseases neurodegenerative

The aim of this table is to raise awareness of the population in relation to neurodegenerative diseases, to provide information on resources for both patients and family members and to disseminate community health activities to achieve active ageing.

A tent will be set up in the Mercat de Collblanc square in l'Hospitalet de Llobregat, where everyone who wants to will receive information about this type of disease and information about them, as well as learn about the resources of the territory and get a short memory test carried out by professionals.
