This is the sixth day dedicated to diabetes organized by the Endocrinology and Nutrition and Dietetics Service of Sant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi Hospital.
This year it is dedicated to two aspects of great interest for clinical practice. On the one hand, the approach to cardiovascular risk factors, the classic ones: hyperlipidaemia, hypertension and tobacco. The news will be discussed, some pharmacological and lifestyle changes. On the other hand, there will also be an update of the new guidelines of the American Diabetes Association (ADA), adapted to our reality.
