Group of people with chronic diseases doing the 'Healthy Walks'

The departures are between 5 and 7 kilometers

From April 12 the CAP Collblanc – La Torrassa organizes 'Healthy walks' for a group of over 65s with chronic illnesses, where they do between 5 and 7 kilometers at each exit, and 10 are scheduled in total, increasing the distance and difficulty progressively and depending on the group's capacity.
Practicing physical activity is vital to maintaining a good state of health, and so is having social relationships. The exits bring both things together.
This edition ends on June 21 and others are already planned, given the good reception these walks have. By the way, in order not to have any scares with the heat or uncomfortable shoes, a talk is held before taking the first walk and a leaflet is also given to the participants. How to sign up for future 'Healthy Walks'? Users of the Collblanc or La Torrassa CAPs must contact their nurse.
