eCARE: Information sessions on knowledge and skills in digital health for the elderly

Last February 22, Marta Cárdenas (family doctor at CAP Sagrada Família and head of the CSI in the European study on prevention and detection of frailty through digital solutions, eCARE) gave a session on "DIGITAL HEALTH, OPINION OF USERS" addressed to the participants of the School of Health (people aged 65 and over) with the aim of getting to know and improving the knowledge and skills in digital health of the elderly. Secondarily, these community activities seek to increase social support and personal relationships between participants.

The School of Health is a community activity directed by the referent of Community Emotional Well-being of ABS Gaudí, Laura Río and the primary care dietitian nutritionist, María Bosch; open to the collaboration of healthcare professionals from the CSI
