'Death, dignified and illustrated' is exhibited at the Sant Joan Despí Hospital

Three works from the exhibition 'Death, dignified and illustrated'

It will also be exhibited at Hospital General de l'Hospitalet and Hospital Dos de Maig in Barcelona

It was inaugurated on Tuesday, April 25 the exhibition 'Death, dignified and illustrated', a collection of illustrations made by a series of young artists who show their particular vision of dignified death and which can be visited at the entrance and central corridor of theSant Joan Despí Moisès Broggi University Hospital until May 21.
The exhibition is organized by the Associació Dret a Morir Dignament de Catalunya (DMD-CAT), a non-profit organization that defends the freedom of every person to decide when and how to end their life, especially when they suffer irreversible deterioration and unbearable suffering. The artistic project was presented in the auditorium by Palmira Tejero, Director of Citizen Services and Communication at the CSI, and Isabel Alonso Dávila, Voluntary Member of the DMD-CAT. Isabel talked about her personal experience with the last moments of her mother's life and took the opportunity to reiterate the importance of making an Advance Wills Document. In addition, he highlighted several works in the exhibition and revealed their meaning.
The exhibition is traveling and later on you can also see a two centers of the Integral Health Consortium: the Hospital General de l'Hospitalet and the Dos de Maig Hospital in Barcelona.
