Marta Álvarez has been the president of the Governing Council of the CSI since 2020 (although she was previously part of it as vice-president) and has an extensive resume as a manager in healthcare entities: currently, and since 2019, she is attached to the management of the Pere Virgili Health Park; member of the Governing Council of the University Hospital Consortium of Vic since 2017; member of the Governing Council of the Anoia Health Consortium since 2013, and member of the Governing Council of the Interregional Laboratory Consortium since 2015.
He has completed a postgraduate program in financial management and management (UPC, 1998-99), a master's degree in management of health institutions (UAB, 2011) and a program in strategic direction and management of public-private collaboration ( Esade, 2015-16).
