Friday March 10 the Movement Disorders Clinical Unit of the Neurology Service of the Moisès Broggi University Hospital Complex has received the quality accreditation granted by the Movement Disorders Study Group (GETM) of the Spanish Society of Neurology (SEN), being the first accredited Unit in Catalonia. This is a distinction for the excellence of this Unit.
The aim of this Accreditation Program is to recognize those clinical units that treat patients with Parkinson's disease (which is the second most prevalent neurodegenerative disease at present), as well as other movement disorders, and ensure the best provision assistance
