Yesterday, February 17, Josep Maria Argimon, Minister of Health, and Núria Marín, Mayor of L'Hospitalet visited the facilities of the Hospital General de l'Hospitalet and the Hospital Sociosanitari, accompanied by the president of the Governing Council of the CSI, Marta Álvares, the general director, Carles Constante and the director of the center, Jordi Vilarasau.
They visited the surgical and maternity areas and the Intensive Post Stroke Rehabilitation Unit and were able to speak with the various managers such as Dr. María del Río, head of the Gynecology and Obstetrics service; pediatrician Enrique Rodríguez, coordinator of the Newborns area, Bea Canalis, midwife coordinator of the Maternal and Child Area and Benito Fontecha, head of the Geriatrics Service.
